Previously director of low-voltage operations for a top-20 California GC. Holds C-10 and B qualifier status. Splits time between customer calls and Cortex product decisions.
Priya Rao
Head of Engineering
Former principal engineer at two large-scale IoT platforms. Owns Cortex's anomaly detection and the AI-assisted quoting pipeline. Writes most of our internal runbooks.
Marcos Delgado
Director of Field Operations
20 years in California commercial electrical. Licensed C-10 qualifier. Runs the field crews, the permit office relationships, and the safety program.
Linda Wu
Head of Client Success
Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese. Ran bilingual project delivery at a Bay Area integrator for eight years. Owns our Chinese-enterprise practice and every PM handoff.
Four in-house crews, one coordinated delivery.
Most of the industry calls sub-contractors for three of these four. We staff them as full-time employees because that's the only way the Cortex handoff stays intact.

Licensed electricians handling panels, branch circuits, EV charging, and utility coordination. Cross-trained on low-voltage pathways so nothing gets stranded between trades.

Structured cabling, fiber termination, camera and access-control install, and audio/video wiring — performed under C-10 scope. Every tech is BICSI-trained and Cortex-certified.
